Can you repair the solo kids on this 1950s era doorbell?It’s generally ok except that some of the parts that slide in the tubes to ring the chimes are lost. I could send it in or you could sell me the parts to fix it myself. Thanks,George Pond

Similiar issue, my doorbell kept sticking. So I replaced the sticky button but now my springs inside the bell housing seem to be sprung and unable to move the plunger the full range to ring or retract.

This problem may be caused by a lighted doorbell. After the bell is wrung, the light will re-illuminate. When that happens it may be drawing just enough power to make the door chimes think that the button was pressed once again.
