I have a Ritten House Master Model 631 & 632 in my shop for repair. I would like to obtain a service manual for this item. Please advise if this is available. I have gone through the trouble shooting I have 16 volts to the main unit just nothing coming out of main unit. like its acting as if there is no voltage. will not power up, no intercom, no radio is it replacement time or can this be repaired relatively cheap?

This problem may be caused by a lighted doorbell. After the bell is wrung, the light will re-illuminate. When that happens it may be drawing just enough power to make the door chimes think that the button was pressed once again.
