I have a Master Model 631 & 632, The clock stop working. its showing the red dot on the face of the clock that indicates power failure. The chimes still work fine with no issue. Can you provide instruction on how to test and/or repair. Thank youEddie

Can you repair the solo kids on this 1950s era doorbell?It’s generally ok except that some of the parts that slide in the tubes to ring the chimes are lost. I could send it in or you could sell me the parts to fix it myself. Thanks,George Pond

I have Model 380 16V. I had connected it ot a Ring Video 2 Doorbell and it worked fine for several months. Now there is a loud humm coming from the chime. I think the Ring ihas a problem. A Rittenhouse model 312 came with my home. It works but the chimes are not loud enough to heard unless you are in the room where the doorbell is mounted.I would hate to replace it because other than this it is very workable.

Was working well until I sanded and painted the kitchen. I took the chimes down to paint, put them back and nothing works. I get voltage coming in but it doesn\'t move anything.

Unit stopped working. Have 16+ volts coming to it but no sound. Assume the syncronous motor is out... Telechron model M3151, Type H18, 3.6 rpm, 60 cy, 16 v. Is the replacement motor available? Price?Could it be anything else? All wiring is in tact on board.Thanks, Bob
