We\'ve got an old aprox. 30years old unit. signal fades in and out. Best to try and repair or do you sell new/updated maybe with cd or mp3 imputs? Also need a external outdoor speaker/intercom box. Has the 5 plug cupling. thanks,Paul

My Rittenhouse door chime\'s top plunger does not work, the previous homeowner said when he was hooking it up, by accident the top soleniod was getting power all the time and over heated and it has not worked right since... can this be fixed ????

I TOOK THE CLOCK TO A ANTIQUE DEALER HE TOOK THE MOTOR OUT AND REPLACED IT WITH A BATTERY UNIT. I AM LOOKING TO REPLACE IT BACK WITH THE ORIGINAL MOTOR.

I have gone through the trouble shooting I have 16 volts to the main unit just nothing coming out of main unit. like its acting as if there is no voltage. will not power up, no intercom, no radio is it replacement time or can this be repaired relatively cheap?

This problem may be caused by a lighted doorbell. After the bell is wrung, the light will re-illuminate. When that happens it may be drawing just enough power to make the door chimes think that the button was pressed once again. Hi, need repair to this unit, sound cuts in and out when volume control knob is turned/wiggled. Moving molex 5 pin connector on circuit board also causes power to cut in and out. Mode delector knob has become stiff to operate. Please send estimate if repair is possible, thanks
