Hello! Do you have any parts for Rittenhouse (Emerson) All Transistor Radio-Intercom System, Model RM-1 (AM radio) or RM-2 (AM/FM radio)? Our system dates from the 1960\'s--still going strong. But I need knobs and especially the instruction manual because I don\'t know how to answer and use the exterior Door station (or for visitors to talk to me). need wiring, replacement parts and pic of the model noted above. front door pushbutton lights, but no response from chime unit. the backdoor is working normal one chime. What may be wrong? the unit has a selector switch to scroll thru various chimes.

I have Model 380 16V. I had connected it ot a Ring Video 2 Doorbell and it worked fine for several months. Now there is a loud humm coming from the chime. I think the Ring ihas a problem.
