I have a Artolier Lighting & Sound Div - Emerson Electric Co / Rittenhouse Operations Honeoye Falls, NY 14473 Model C8577 - 16 Volts. Do not know how to wire. It was working when it was taken from another home.This home is set up with one front door bell - ding dong doorbell on 1st floor and the Rittenhouse on the 2nd floor / 4 chime. All 2 wire. How do I wire? Do you have a wiring diagram. Note: The transformer, first floor door chime and front door bell is working.

I have Model 380 16V. I had connected it ot a Ring Video 2 Doorbell and it worked fine for several months. Now there is a loud humm coming from the chime. I think the Ring ihas a problem. I currently have this unit for sale on ebay. the wiring is simply two wires from the 16v transformer to the appropriate screw terminals on the printed circuit board and then the \"switch leg\" from each door bell button at the doors you are using attached to the corresponding terminal screw as label…Purchase or Repair:

The small piston that strikes the chime does not return back to the original position. There is a spring on the piston. It seems like the piston should have a retainer of some sort on the end to hold the spring in place. A Rittenhouse model 312 came with my home. It works but the chimes are not loud enough to heard unless you are in the room where the doorbell is mounted.I would hate to replace it because other than this it is very workable.
