Hello, I have a rittenhouse door sentry. #M9035 w/ a M 9305 door station. The indoor station seems to work, it unlocks the door when the button is pushed. Unit stopped working. Have 16+ volts coming to it but no sound. Assume the syncronous motor is out... Telechron model M3151, Type H18, 3.6 rpm, 60 cy, 16 v. Is the replacement motor available? Price?Could it be anything else? All wiring is in tact on board.Thanks, Bob

I am looking for a wiring diagram for a Rittenhouse, Spartan Electric, Fayettevile NC C8845 unit which is 30 to 35 years old. It seems to be either able to use two D cells or 16V transformer but I am got sure how to wire it up. Any ideas? Thanks.

Was working well until I sanded and painted the kitchen. I took the chimes down to paint, put them back and nothing works. I get voltage coming in but it doesn\'t move anything.

I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?
