I have an old Rittenhouse intercome unit, since I don\'t use it that much, I would like to replace the face of it with something newer, don\'t know if it;s possiable? please let me know how i can do this.

I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?
