I purchased a home in Honeoye Falls, NY. It has an RCM 3 intercom that works and I would like to get a manual for it. Is it possible to get instructions for it?

I know this chime assembly is very old but is there a replacement kit for the hammers. they are sticking and perhaps the springs are just too soft. I\'d appreciate any help you can give me.

Similiar issue, my doorbell kept sticking. So I replaced the sticky button but now my springs inside the bell housing seem to be sprung and unable to move the plunger the full range to ring or retract.
