Just wondering i have a rittenhouse system rcm-1 and the intercom system part does not seem to be working. We can broadcast for the main unit and it is heard in the other units but when we try to broadcast from one of the other units to the main you can not hear the person ? Anysuggestions or do you have a manual that can be downloaded?ThanksDave

I have Model 380 16V. I had connected it ot a Ring Video 2 Doorbell and it worked fine for several months. Now there is a loud humm coming from the chime. I think the Ring ihas a problem. I have the above mentioned door chime (Rittenhouse door chime model C8536) that does not work correctly. There where some broken wires from the transformer coils that I soldered back on and now it does not work correctly. Do you have a schematic for this unit?

Was working well until I sanded and painted the kitchen. I took the chimes down to paint, put them back and nothing works. I get voltage coming in but it doesn\'t move anything.

Don\'t know what\'s wrong with the unit. Do ya\'ll know what the input voltage is supposed to be? The back of the unit says only use a \"no. 35 transformer\".

Unit stopped working. Have 16+ volts coming to it but no sound. Assume the syncronous motor is out... Telechron model M3151, Type H18, 3.6 rpm, 60 cy, 16 v. Is the replacement motor available? Price?Could it be anything else? All wiring is in tact on board.Thanks, Bob
