Good Evening,We have a Rittenhouse Intercom System (solid state Am/FM Radio Intercome) it has got to be at least 30 years old. We are looking to replace the outside speaker box (Nu-tone). Please let us know if this item is still available. We would give you more info on the system, but cannot find serial number.Thank you in advance for your help with this problem.Jo Ann

The door chime is not working properly in that some of the hammers are not striking properly. sometimes they reach the tubes and sometimes not. The small piston that strikes the chime does not return back to the original position. There is a spring on the piston. It seems like the piston should have a retainer of some sort on the end to hold the spring in place. My manual says 4-8 Note Chime Models (534, 535, 552, 577, 618, 633). I don't know which one I have. It has long chime tubes and a clock on top. The door bell works great, but the clock doesn't.
