Have model C 8203, 10 volt door bell. Am missing the push button remote that fastens to wall outside the front door. Any suggestions?

I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?
