I have a Rittenhouse 550, 551 doorbell chime.The unit itself works fine. What I am missing (which someone was supposed to nor trash) is the transformer that sequences the chimes. Do you have a transformer for this that will work? And if so, obviously, what would one cost?Thank you for taking the time to read this email.Regards,Paul Winchock

need wiring, replacement parts and pic of the model noted above. front door pushbutton lights, but no response from chime unit. the backdoor is working normal one chime. What may be wrong? the unit has a selector switch to scroll thru various chimes.

Model# S7808. The detector has been making loud clicks, usually two at a time. What does this mean? Replace it or cleaning. Please help very annoying.

We purchased our present home in 1998. It was custom built in 1983 with many upgrades that were available at that time. Unfortunately since we have lived here the system does not work. We\'ve got an old aprox. 30years old unit. signal fades in and out. Best to try and repair or do you sell new/updated maybe with cd or mp3 imputs? Also need a external outdoor speaker/intercom box. Has the 5 plug cupling. thanks,Paul

My Rittenhouse door chime\'s top plunger does not work, the previous homeowner said when he was hooking it up, by accident the top soleniod was getting power all the time and over heated and it has not worked right since... can this be fixed ????

I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?

Hi, need repair to this unit, sound cuts in and out when volume control knob is turned/wiggled. Moving molex 5 pin connector on circuit board also causes power to cut in and out. Mode delector knob has become stiff to operate. Please send estimate if repair is possible, thanks
