I bought a house built in 1950 with an old Rittenhouse door chime, Model #365. I have no idea if it can be repaired. I don\'t have the front door button. The inner workings are very dirty. Do you think it\'s worth sending to you? Thanks, Kathie

I TOOK THE CLOCK TO A ANTIQUE DEALER HE TOOK THE MOTOR OUT AND REPLACED IT WITH A BATTERY UNIT. I AM LOOKING TO REPLACE IT BACK WITH THE ORIGINAL MOTOR.

I have a Master Model 631 & 632, The clock stop working. its showing the red dot on the face of the clock that indicates power failure. The chimes still work fine with no issue. Can you provide instruction on how to test and/or repair. Thank youEddie

The small piston that strikes the chime does not return back to the original position. There is a spring on the piston. It seems like the piston should have a retainer of some sort on the end to hold the spring in place. Unit stopped working. Have 16+ volts coming to it but no sound. Assume the syncronous motor is out... Telechron model M3151, Type H18, 3.6 rpm, 60 cy, 16 v. Is the replacement motor available? Price?Could it be anything else? All wiring is in tact on board.Thanks, Bob
