I have a Rittenhouse chime Model #410 with it\'s companion two chime on second floor of our 1927 home. The door bell chime works however we are not getting all chimes to work. Only two tones downstairs. Can this be repaired? Please advise.Also, can you tell me how old this model of Rittenhouse is?Maryellen C. Boudria

Have you ever heard of a response on the Rittenhouse 631/632. I too am refurbishing one and need to know the correct tranformer voltage needed and a wiring diagram surely would help. Any insight?

This problem may be caused by a lighted doorbell. After the bell is wrung, the light will re-illuminate. When that happens it may be drawing just enough power to make the door chimes think that the button was pressed once again.
