We need to replace the long tubes on these chimes. They are look bad and we have lost one of them. Do you have the 4 tubes to replace the old ones with? If so, how much are they? Patsy

My dad just passed away and I\'m moving his Rittenhouse Westminster clock/chime from his place to mine before selling the house. (I\'ve seen pics of what appear to be identical units labeled 631/632).I\'ve got it hooked up and the basic functions seem to be working - ie front doorbell and westminster chimes.However, as a kid, I seem to remember this thing also chiming on the hour and perhaps, single notes on the quarter hour, but it doesn\'t do that any more. Am I imagining things or has dad disabled this function somehow?I do see two screws on the extreme upper-right of the circuit board that have a jumper installed. What\'s that for?Lastly, I\'d like to install a 2nd door bell in the basement (I work at home, in my office basement and can\'t hear the main bell all the time). Before installing the Rittenhouse, I just had two bells wired together in parallel, but when I tried to do this with the Rittenhouse, it just triggered the chimes. What is the terminal marked EXT FRONT for?Thanx....

Problem is the mechanism inside the doorbell (the part with the two knockers that the wires attach that hit the bells to make the sound) no longer works. The small piston that strikes the chime does not return back to the original position. There is a spring on the piston. It seems like the piston should have a retainer of some sort on the end to hold the spring in place. This problem may be caused by a lighted doorbell. After the bell is wrung, the light will re-illuminate. I had replaced an old doorbell button with a new, lighted one. I ripped out the tiny light inside and it worked fine after that.
