need wiring, replacement parts and pic of the model noted above. front door pushbutton lights, but no response from chime unit. the backdoor is working normal one chime. What may be wrong? the unit has a selector switch to scroll thru various chimes.

I have Model 380 16V. I had connected it ot a Ring Video 2 Doorbell and it worked fine for several months. Now there is a loud humm coming from the chime. I think the Ring ihas a problem. we have an old set of chimes which were taken from our hallway after a fire, now they require repair, model number is not visible, however, it is a four long pole, with 4 or 8 note feature.would love to repair this

A plunger on my 50 year old door chime is not returning to the rest position when the door chime is not activated. Need new springs for the hammers. This is an old door bell and it has lasted about 40 years. The new ones are sick. This is the best I have heard and would like to keep it another 40 years.

Similiar issue, my doorbell kept sticking. So I replaced the sticky button but now my springs inside the bell housing seem to be sprung and unable to move the plunger the full range to ring or retract.

This unit puts out a chirping sound (Similar to sound of a smoke alarm) on a continuous basis, one chirp about every 30 seconds. Please advise what I should do, short of disconnecting the unit, to stop this annoying sound.Thank you,Richard Baer
