I have a Ritten House Model 620R that needs to be repaired. The chimes are off of it and I have the motor ?? and clock box just needs to be put back together. I would love to have this repaired for my husband. We came across this clock out of a rental house we own and very sadley our renters damaged it. It at one time was on the wall and still working. My husband was so upset. Could you please help and give me a price on getting it repaired.

Only one of four chimes works, although we detect a faint electronic buzzing, in sequence, of the other three. For example, we hear Chime A, buzz, buzz, pause, buzz, buzz, Chime A. We installed our Rittenhouse intercom system in 1978 when we built our new home. The speakers look out of date and would like a better main unit. I took the transformer out to try to clean it and lost the little spring that gives the plunger resistance . Do you have any ideas ?Or do you sell parts, perhaps a whole tansformer. I believe it is a model 631 or 632 but I\'m not sure - WHERE CAN I FIND THE MODEL NUMBER? (I\'ve seen pics of what appear to be identical units labeled 631/632).I\'ve got it hooked up and the basic functions seem to be working - ie front doorbell and westminster chimes.However, as a kid, I seem to remember this thing also chiming on the hour and perhaps, single notes on the quarter hour, but it doesn\'t do that any more. Am I imagining things or has dad disabled this function somehow?I do see two screws on the extreme upper-right of the circuit board that have a jumper installed. What\'s that for?Lastly, I\'d like to install a 2nd door bell in the basement (I work at home, in my office basement and can\'t hear the main bell all the time). Before installing the Rittenhouse, I just had two bells wired together in parallel, but when I tried to do this with the Rittenhouse, it just triggered the chimes. We purchased our present home in 1998. It was custom built in 1983 with many upgrades that were available at that time. Unfortunately since we have lived here the system does not work. I think what we have may be on the large size as far as the measurements of each room speaker and the main system as well. because of this we are afraid we are looking at a major renovation to replace it. I have the above model doorbell and really like the sound vs. the new \"electronic sound\" doorbells. Problem is the mechanism inside the doorbell (the part with the two knockers that the wires attach that hit the bells to make the sound) no longer works.
