Sybron/Taylor Service & Repair Forum

Dealing with a very old Sybron/Taylor 1100T mag pipe transmitter. Worked flawlessly for years - suddenly stopped working. Checked all power connections, etc. Found nothing obvious. Cycled main power off/on - it began working but only for a few days - repeated checks, cycled power.Once again it worked, but not for long. Is there something specific to check ? Is this something at the board level that can be replaced ? Given the age of the unit - is it feasible to be sent in for evaluation/repair ? I appreciate any help.

Mine fell off a wall too and the pins holding the barometer in the wheeel broke off so that it won\'t stay together.

The Taylor Stormoguide unit has a poorly designed stand. It easily fell over and the glass is now cracked. Is it possible to replace? I can\'t comment other than happy to find someone who does repair these.
