Lift chair won\'t go down. Checked out and \'lower\' relay is sticking. Tapped with screwdriver and it started working. Relays are soldered to the board... The chair is fairly old and customer doesn\'t want to spend a lot on it...as usual. Please give me an estimate. Thanks, Stan
