I am hoping that you will be able to either supply, or tell me where I might be able to locate a replacement for Von Weise gearmotor, Model #V 056 79CB76U, 115 VAC 60 Hz, 1.0 AVWE-1 Ratio 169: 1This is a motor from a lift chair manufactured by the Cleveland Chair Company which is no longer in existence. Any assistance you could provide would be most appreciated.

Switching the wires in hand contoller to raise then switch wires again to lower chair. I believe the switch in the hand controller is bad and needs to be replaced. The motor works ok.
