We have a VonWeise Motor for our Manitowoc Ice Machine. The shaft is broken that turns the auger. The Transmission model number is WW62. Lift chair won\'t go down. Checked out and \'lower\' relay is sticking. Tapped with screwdriver and it started working. Relays are soldered to the board... Von Weise drive assy. used on Invcare adj. bed(mod#V07564AS76U) will raise and lower the head but when in the low height position ,3 to 6 inches, the drive appears to slip back a couple of inches. I have a King Koil elect. bed. About year 1981.The wormgear that drives the up and down motion of the bed, has come out of the motor. I can\'t tell what is supposed to keep the end of the wormgear in place in the motor. What I am calling a \"wormgear\" is a long \"geared\" shaft, about 1/2 in in dia…Purchase or Repair: ...I have a King Koil elect. bed. One way to test whether it is your controller or a motor is to switch the plug from the nonfunctioning section (Head, Foot or Bed) into the recepticle for one of the working sections, then use that control button to test the motor itself. Example: If the head does not work but the foot does, unplug the head motor and plug it into the socket for the foot motor. Use the Foot control buttons to raise and lower the head. If the head now works, the problem most likely lies in the controller itself; usually the button itself has failed and the entire controller must be replaced. I am currently looking for a controller myself.
