Just wondering i have a rittenhouse system rcm-1 and the intercom system part does not seem to be working. We can broadcast for the main unit and it is heard in the other units but when we try to broadcast from one of the other units to the main you can not hear the person ? Anysuggestions or do you have a manual that can be downloaded?ThanksDave

I have Model 380 16V. I had connected it ot a Ring Video 2 Doorbell and it worked fine for several months. Now there is a loud humm coming from the chime. I think the Ring ihas a problem. Unit stopped working. Have 16+ volts coming to it but no sound. Assume the syncronous motor is out... Telechron model M3151, Type H18, 3.6 rpm, 60 cy, 16 v. Is the replacement motor available? Price?Could it be anything else? All wiring is in tact on board.Thanks, Bob
