I have a Rittenhouse Home Intercom, Model No. M7010 that had no audio. A technician said the amplifier was bad and he replaced several transistors in it, but the volume is very weak. He does not know exactly what transistors to use to replace the old ones, and does not have a schematic. Can you provide a schematic, or tell me where I might get one? Thanks, Tom Mitchell

The small piston that strikes the chime does not return back to the original position. There is a spring on the piston.
