Hello, I have a rittenhouse door sentry. #M9035 w/ a M 9305 door station. The indoor station seems to work, it unlocks the door when the button is pushed. The M9305 out side station is my problem, the speaker is fried and the button is missing. The small piston that strikes the chime does not return back to the original position. There is a spring on the piston. It seems like the piston should have a retainer of some sort on the end to hold the spring in place. We purchased our present home in 1998. It was custom built in 1983 with many upgrades that were available at that time. Unfortunately since we have lived here the system does not work. I think what we have may be on the large size as far as the measurements of each room speaker and the main system as well. because of this we are afraid we are looking at a major renovation to replace it. New drywall and all that. Is there a possibility that it can be repaired or does Rittenhouse have a replacement that would fit? Please advise.Thank you,Marie Gunderman
