I have a Rittenhouse intercom system and am unsure of the model #. It was installed in the 70\'s. I am painting my condo and would like to replace the ivory cover with a white cover. How would I go about purchasing just a cover? Thank you

We purchased our present home in 1998. It was custom built in 1983 with many upgrades that were available at that time. Unfortunately since we have lived here the system does not work. I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?
