I have a rittenhouse westminister door chime master model 631 and 632 that I removed from my family home when it was being sold. I have everything except the Rittenhouse no. 42 transformer, which is need before the electrician can install it in my home. Do you have this transformer or know where I can get one? I appreciate your help.

The door chime is not working properly in that some of the hammers are not striking properly. sometimes they reach the tubes and sometimes not. Similiar issue, my doorbell kept sticking. So I replaced the sticky button but now my springs inside the bell housing seem to be sprung and unable to move the plunger the full range to ring or retract.
