I have a rittenhouse westminister door chime master model 631 and 632 that I removed from my family home when it was being sold. I have everything except the Rittenhouse no. 42 transformer, which is need before the electrician can install it in my home. Do you have this transformer or know where I can get one? I appreciate your help.

Eight chime unit {552} repeats sequence continually until switch is disconnected. Switch has been replaced but problem continues----any ideas and is it repairable.....

This unit puts out a chirping sound (Similar to sound of a smoke alarm) on a continuous basis, one chirp about every 30 seconds. Please advise what I should do, short of disconnecting the unit, to stop this annoying sound.Thank you,Richard Baer
