I have the above mentioned door chime (Rittenhouse door chime model C8536) that does not work correctly. There where some broken wires from the transformer coils that I soldered back on and now it does not work correctly. Do you have a schematic for this unit?

The installation manual has been misplaced and I am not sure which wires go to which connection. There is a red wire, a black wire, and a yellow with a green wire. We installed our Rittenhouse intercom system in 1978 when we built our new home. The speakers look out of date and would like a better main unit. A plunger on my 50 year old door chime is not returning to the rest position when the door chime is not activated. I have the above model doorbell and really like the sound vs. the new \"electronic sound\" doorbells. Problem is the mechanism inside the doorbell (the part with the two knockers that the wires attach that hit the bells to make the sound) no longer works. I have Model 380 16V. I had connected it ot a Ring Video 2 Doorbell and it worked fine for several months. Now there is a loud humm coming from the chime. I think the Ring ihas a problem. I believe it is a model 631 or 632 but I\'m not sure - WHERE CAN I FIND THE MODEL NUMBER? (I\'ve seen pics of what appear to be identical units labeled 631/632).I\'ve got it hooked up and the basic functions seem to be working - ie front doorbell and westminster chimes.However, as a kid, I seem to remember this thing also chiming on the hour and perhaps, single notes on the quarter hour, but it doesn\'t do that any more. Am I imagining things or has dad disabled this function somehow?I do see two screws on the extreme upper-right of the circuit board that have a jumper installed. What\'s that for?Lastly, I\'d like to install a 2nd door bell in the basement (I work at home, in my office basement and can\'t hear the main bell all the time). Before installing the Rittenhouse, I just had two bells wired together in parallel, but when I tried to do this with the Rittenhouse, it just triggered the chimes.
