Don\'t know what\'s wrong with the unit. Do ya\'ll know what the input voltage is supposed to be? The back of the unit says only use a \"no. 35 transformer\".

The installation manual has been misplaced and I am not sure which wires go to which connection. There is a red wire, a black wire, and a yellow with a green wire. The small piston that strikes the chime does not return back to the original position. There is a spring on the piston. It seems like the piston should have a retainer of some sort on the end to hold the spring in place.
