I have Model 380 16V. I had connected it ot a Ring Video 2 Doorbell and it worked fine for several months. Now there is a loud humm coming from the chime. I think the Ring ihas a problem. The only way I could silence them was to switch off the circuit breaker. If I turn the breaker back on the alarms start sounding again. How do I reset them. There is no apparent reset button; nor can I find a master control box or module anywhere. Do they use them? They are connected to the ceiling box by 4 wires. Any help would be appreciated.
