My mom and dad has an old (approx.37yrs) rittenhouse intercom system and they need a replacement bulb for the main unit. I\'ve tried searchingonline but since mom nor dad know the exact part # i\'m having no luck.Dad said it was a low wattage pilot lamp?? GE19 or R19???? Any help you can offer would be appreciated.Sincerely,Susan

The installation manual has been misplaced and I am not sure which wires go to which connection. There is a red wire, a black wire, and a yellow with a green wire. Installed in 1987 when we built the house. Has begun sporadic multiple, single dings, all hours, day and night. I have replaced, back up battery and fuse in motor. Now makes a fairly loud buzzing sound also. Thoughts?

My Rittenhouse door chime\'s top plunger does not work, the previous homeowner said when he was hooking it up, by accident the top soleniod was getting power all the time and over heated and it has not worked right since... can this be fixed ????
