I would like to get an estimate on testing and repairing any needed parts of our antique ( assuming it is antique,) doorbell. I love the way it sounds, from manually striking the chimes, but doesn\'t seem to work...

I have the above mentioned door chime (Rittenhouse door chime model C8536) that does not work correctly. There where some broken wires from the transformer coils that I soldered back on and now it does not work correctly. Do you have a schematic for this unit?

Similiar issue, my doorbell kept sticking. So I replaced the sticky button but now my springs inside the bell housing seem to be sprung and unable to move the plunger the full range to ring or retract.
