I moved this door chime/clock when it was working from one home to another. The electrician that hooked it up did not do it correctly and I have no schematic for how it should be wired. I know it needs three wires but not sure on which of the 7 screws they get wired to. They do not indicate Com or Trans just numbered 1-7. Your help is much appreciated.Regards,Mary Anne

This problem may be caused by a lighted doorbell. After the bell is wrung, the light will re-illuminate. When that happens it may be drawing just enough power to make the door chimes think that the button was pressed once again. I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?
