Hello! Do you have any parts for Rittenhouse (Emerson) All Transistor Radio-Intercom System, Model RM-1 (AM radio) or RM-2 (AM/FM radio)? Our system dates from the 1960\'s--still going strong. But I need knobs and especially the instruction manual because I don\'t know how to answer and use the exterior Door station (or for visitors to talk to me). My manual says 4-8 Note Chime Models (534, 535, 552, 577, 618, 633). I don't know which one I have. It has long chime tubes and a clock on top. The door bell works great, but the clock doesn't.

This problem may be caused by a lighted doorbell. After the bell is wrung, the light will re-illuminate. When that happens it may be drawing just enough power to make the door chimes think that the button was pressed once again.
