My manual says 4-8 Note Chime Models (534, 535, 552, 577, 618, 633). I don't know which one I have. It has long chime tubes and a clock on top. The door bell works great, but the clock doesn't.

The installation manual has been misplaced and I am not sure which wires go to which connection. There is a red wire, a black wire, and a yellow with a green wire. I am looking for a wiring diagram for a Rittenhouse, Spartan Electric, Fayettevile NC C8845 unit which is 30 to 35 years old. It seems to be either able to use two D cells or 16V transformer but I am got sure how to wire it up. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have a Rittenhouse Chine door bell with four long poles. The model number is c8578-1, The unit will not work, I noticed two bad diodes, and removed them I am having problems locating the right ones. Is this something you can fix?

I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?
