We are the largest tyre and rim manufacture and exporter in sri Lanka. We use many machines in our production line.We have CINCINNATI MILACRON – SABER 500 CNC vertical machining centre. But unfortunately it have a problem.Z Axis moving Down During Power cut upto 5mm. Z Axis have the Break Motor & No counter Balance. We changed the New Break also. Problem not solved.The Drive is CINCINNATI MILACRON BDS4.Please help me for solve this problem.I have sent here with the all data of the motor. Please check the details of motor . Goldline brushless P.M ServomotorModel 1-604-0222Serial No 96E 414W-564Can I change the X axis servo drive and Z axis Drive for check the drive?. If possible what are the settings of drives.
